Terms & Conditions for "Yoga, Art, and the Magic of Ireland" Retreat

We get it—terms and conditions aren’t exactly the exciting part of booking a retreat, but they’re super important! Taking a moment to read through them ensures everything is crystal clear and helps us build trust before we embark on this transformative journey together. We promise to keep things transparent and straightforward, so you can feel confident in your booking. We can’t wait to share the magic of Ireland with you!

Thank you for choosing to join us on this transformative retreat!  Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before booking. By registering for this retreat, you agree to these terms.

1. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot in the retreat. This deposit ensures your commitment and allows us to make the necessary arrangements for your experience.

2. Payment Policy

• Payment plans are available, with the balance due no later than 60 days before the retreat start date.

• If the final payment is not received by the deadline, your spot and deposit may be forfeited.

3. Cancellation by the Participant

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 90+ days before the retreat start date: Full refund of payments made, minus the $500 deposit.

• Cancellations made 60-89 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of payments made, minus the $500 deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be provided.

• Transferable Spots: If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another person with prior approval. Please notify us as soon as possible to arrange the transfer.

4. Cancellation by the Organizer

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

• A full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

• We are not responsible for additional costs incurred, such as airfare or travel insurance.

• In the case of force majeure (see section 6), alternative arrangements will be made.

5. Travel Insurance

To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This insurance should cover:

• Trip cancellation due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

• Travel delays or interruptions.

• Medical emergencies and evacuation.

• Loss of personal belongings.
  Note: Travel insurance is not included in the retreat fee and must be arranged independently.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or political instability. In such cases, we will:

• Reschedule the retreat or offer a credit toward a future retreat.

• Refunds will not be provided for cancellations caused by force majeure events.

7. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the retreat or who leave early for any reason.

8. Liability Waiver

By attending this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are voluntarily participating in yoga sessions, creative activities, and excursions at your own risk.

• You are responsible for your physical and mental well-being during the retreat.

• We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.

• You will sign a liability waiver upon registration, releasing the organizers, facilitators, and venue from all claims of liability.

9. Health and Safety

Participants are required to disclose any medical conditions or special requirements prior to the retreat. This information will remain confidential and will help us ensure your safety and comfort during the retreat.

10. Code of Conduct

To create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants, we ask that attendees:

• Treat others with respect and kindness.

• Follow the guidance of the facilitators and respect the retreat schedule.

• Refrain from disruptive behavior that may impact the experience of others.

11. Photography and Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat to capture memories and promote future retreats. By attending, you grant us permission to use images of you for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arkansas.

By registering for the "Yoga, Art, and the Magic of Ireland" retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
